Pre-Construction Meeting
The very beginning of our design process begins with a meeting. Clients meet the design team, construction team and estimating department to review and discuss the plans and proposal for your custom home. The conversation of this meeting is driven by a step-by-step examination of your proposal. It is at this time, you will present the overall vision of your home before your design team. After reviewing the proposal, your project manager will be ready to schedule-out all the custom aspects of your dream home.
The second phase of the design process is customizing the exterior of your home. Clients meet with the design team, in our state of the art design studio, to review the vision for the exterior finishes. During these meetings, you will explore samples for the exterior veneer, cornice, windows, roof color, etc. and come away with a cohesively beautiful plan.

Plumbing & Electrical
After your home has been framed, you will meet the design team, construction team, electrician, and lighting sales representative to walk-through your home. Room-by-room, you will layout your vision concerning placement of fixtures, switches and plugs. This walk-through ensures that your custom home will be exactly as you had envisioned.
Just as the exterior finishes were decided upon, each client visits our design studio to select the interior features of your custom home. Flooring, custom trim, fixtures, custom cabinetry and countertops, appliances and paint colors will be some of the topics discussed at these meetings. In the end, our design team will help ensure that every detail of your dream home is planned to perfection.

Design Completion
Before the completion of each home, the design team makes sure that all loose ends have been tied up, every decision has been made, and every design detail has been accounted for. They work closely with the project managers to ensure that your dream home comes seamlessly to life, and that no stone is left unturned. Our design team is amazing, and you will enjoy working with them.
